By Number Portability we mean the operation that allows you to change the telephone company while keeping your number.
Number Portability is a free procedure, for which AGCOM has expressly provided that no cost can be charged to the customer.
How does it work
To start the Number Portability procedure, the Customer simply has to present the request to the new operator (receiving or recipient operator). The new operator activates to forward the communication to the old operator (transferor or donating operator) and starts the Number Portability procedure.
The Customer does not have to worry about the specific procedure to be started. To change the Operator, even in VoIP technology, it is sufficient to join the Intermatica offer, which will take care of all the procedures necessary to complete the Number Portability.
