Manage real services of Call Center or Switchboard Telephone without the need of a technical infrastructure, through a simple web interface, which allows professional management of operators far between them and reachable to any fixed and mobile network.
The service includes the creation of two operative levels:
Master User: is the manager of the service, handling Operators via web and displaying all services' statistics.
Operator: is the person carring out the Call Center Service via any kind of phone. Each Operator is identified with a nickname and supplied with his own username and password.
In both cases, you can manage multiple services; a voice message, sent before the connection, will alert the Operator about the type of service that will go to offer. The Remote Contact Center has several options that allow maximum customization call distribution according to operational requirements. Any changes to the service configuration can be made, even at a later time, by contacting Intermatica Customer Service.
Service activation requires a monthly fee of € 20.00 + VAT for each activated service regardless of whether the number of Operators and the numbers collecting the call.
The service has a cost of € 0.02 + VAT per minute in addition to the normal call termination costs to the Operator.
