Premium Rate Numbers are charged at a special rate - in accordance with the National Plan for Numbers - and are suitable for the following services:

895 codes: are used exclusively for information services, Customer Service and technical or professional advice. They cannot be used for entertainment services.

894 codes: are used for mass call services, such as televoting and fund raising.
Callers must pay a special telephone rate for the service. Part of this rate (the reverse fee) is then returned to the Content Provider, business or professional Premium Line Customer.
The service has various types of numbers, each of which has a different tariff plan for callers.
How it works:
The caller dials an 89X number from the phone. The call reaches the Intermatica intelligent network system, which carries out the following steps, based on the Content Provider’s pre-arranged settings:

a free message informs the Customer about the type and cost of the service

automatic interactive IVR services

calls are routed to other fixed or mobile network numbers according to the routing plan
- calls are terminated when the maximum connection time, set by current regulations, is reached
