Globalstar SPOT Gen3 is Globalstar's satellite tracking and geo-referencing device.
Thanks to the web interface, easy and intuitive, after registering your device on the FindMeSPOT.com/Activate web page, you can configure the frequency of sending the GPS position before switching on the device. The default Delay Time is 10 minutes, but it can also be set to: 2.5 minutes, 5 minutes, 30 minutes or 60 minutes. It is equipped with a tracking function, with which you can mark a specific point or send a Check-in / Ok message from certain places.
In addition, thanks to the Help Request function, it allows you to send an emergency SMS to a pre-defined number with your coordinates to request help.
The device has IPX7 degree of protection and is MIL-STD-810G certified, high protection standards to withstand shocks, environmental agents, dust and water jets.
