Network infrastructures are located at the Avalon Telehouse of Infracom in Milan, where the most important national and international Carriers are and where the most efficient, quick and flexible interconnections are carried out. Control and Business intelligence systems are installed and managed in the operative branch of Rome.
Intermatica network is connected via IP with Telecom Italia network on all the national territory, including the coverage of the 16 IP Gateway Areas. The IP interconnection provides an improved efficiency in projects with an optimisation of economic and structural resources.
Intermatica is a member in the Committee on Specific Techniques of Interconnections and Regulations of the Ministry of Economy Development - Dep. Communications, in the committee NGN - New Generation Network at AGCOM and since 2007 has entered the ITU - International Union of Telecommunications.
